looking for cheap, light, white wheels
I'm shopping around for some white wheels around the $100 range to replace the stock steelies. I'd like to get something lighter than the stock wheels, in white, not too garish, and that will fit 185/60-15. I can paint them white if need be, but I'd prefer to have them come that way.
So far I've found Drag DR-9's to be my best choice. It's the closest thing I've found to the stock 185/60-15 measurements, its quite light and cheap. If you have better suggestions, let me know. I'm completely new to the wheel game. |

Konig is a good, reputable brand. I'd personally ignore the haters trying to say they break easy. All my opinion of course.

Yep; they're Maxxims, which are part of Konig.
FYI I've had my orange Maxxim Assaults (via JLB Motorsports) for about two years w/o problems.

Cool, thanks for all the tips everyone, I've got my choices down to a few now.
Another question. I'm trying to keep the new wheels as close to the stock steelies in terms of size as I've gotten used to the handling characteristics. I believe the steelies are 15x6.5 ET35. What difference would 15x6 or 15x7 make, as well as ET38 - ET45, in terms of handling, economy, etc? |

I'm very happy with my new wheels, the ubiquitous Regamaster Evo knockoffs aka Rota Slipstreams... they look quite good in white too! Not 100% sure of the actual weight though...
