As title states I am in the market for coilovers but do not want to spend $900+ on them so I am looking for a used set. Let me know what you guys have to offer I can offer parts in trade or cash. I am looking for any that are used or slightly damaged and need repair. Open to all. PM or text seven 2 seven 271 zero 911.

I have "used" (not new, but never installed) Silk Road coilovers, complete, same as I run on my own car, for $1500 shipped.

I know that's out of your stated range, but I figured I'd post it up anyway.

They are tanabe, for 800

Im talking to this guy right now actually. Got to sweet talk him down quite a bit and may pick up these despite the lack of dampening adjustability.

Are they a direct swap or would they need any modification to fit the Yaris?

It should be TSC121.

I don't see where they list coilovers for the xD on the Tanabe site (http://www.tanabe-usa.com/s0c.asp?id=6), so he probably got Yaris ones.
I also don't see any end links; I'll check one of our kits and see if you re-use your stock ones.

Aren't the tanabes the only coilovers that are not dampening adjustable?

Tein Street Basis is also not adjustable for damping

Thanks for the heads up on the teins. I do want the dampening adjustment. A used set of Megans or kidos or ksports would be ideal

Do it. Damping adjustment is over-rated. A quality set of coilovers with no adjustment will feel better than a less expensive set with a million settings.

I am planning on slamming so I want the ability to set my ride pretty stiff. Also I hear the tanabes have probably one of the highest ride height limits. Those are my main concerns.

Found some. Thanks again to Garm and Jeff from MI. I really feel like those guys care how my build comes out lol and they are always more than helpful. Picked up a set of used Tein Basics today. Cannot wait til I get them now!
