mine looked similar when I got it. Has worked fine for a good 6-8 months.
As long as there are no holes or damage to the interior surface area then you dont have to worry. |

Nothing wrong with that -- good deal off the price for a new one.

my question for dc headers in general is, how long would it last? people say the ceramic coating on the header will rust a lot faster than the stainless steel?

How wet will you be getting this header? It is hidden between the engine and firewall and is a few feet from the ground so I dont see it getting THAT exposed to any elements.

I live in FL, one of the wettest states and mine has been fine. I am slammed and have my hood spaced up so If it was gonna come in contact with the elements it would be on my car lol

Looks good to me. I would also check the threads where the sensor goes. Though they can be cleaned up if not mangled bad.
