Yaris 2007 engine noise / vibrations

Attached is a video of my Yaris. You will see that it's really noisy and not that quiet. It only happens when the engine is fairly cold. What can I do about it? Thank you for the replies.

I have that "problem" but unlike yours, mine does it when the engine is hot (90 Degrees). I asked my mechanic but since it doesn't do it all the time he couldn't see it.

Sounds normal. I don't see vibration there, If it vibrates. It could be a faulty engine mount.
