Smoked Tail Lights for Yaris 2008 - Toyota Yaris Forums

Hi,

I couldnt find a post about a problem Im having. Got some tailights that dont hook up to my Australian plugs.

These are what they look like but it doesnt show a smaller blag plug where the Australian/Japanese plug is white and abit wider.

If anyone has already seen this topic up before please send me the link.

You can either cut them and splice them, or you can cut the harness off your stock tails and re-pin the new taillights. I know that USDM harnesses aren't compatible with JGM/TDM taillights, not sure about the spec used where you are.

Had an issue with that before too, but with the rs tails from microimage :) i just cut and splice each wire, it works perfectly fine.. Just matching the wires is PITA! Lol goodluck and nice tails btw :)

Yea, just leave a good amount of slack from each wire in case you mess up and have to cut and redo or you ever wanna go back to stock.

Had these. Got them from ebay.
