Will it fit? 7X16'' Offset +20 (car lowered 1.4/1.4)

I'm thinking about putting these BBS on my 08' Yaris 3dr hatch.

Rims: 7X16'' Offset +20 (car lowered 1.4/1.4)

They are mounted with 195/45-16 tires.

Will the setup fit or will it rub?

I have used the calculator on rimsntires.com, and came up with this result:

Suspension clearance:
100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)

Fenders clearance:
Package 2 will stick out 30 mm (1.2'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.

Wheelwells clearance:
100% clear (leaves even more room than OEM)

SPEEDOMETER:
When speedometer reads 60mph (96.6km/h) actual speed will be 57.9mph (93.2km/h): 3.5% slower.

Looking forward for some great answers.

You may have slight rubbing but its nothing a small amount of camber cant fix. I run -1.25 degrees up front and cannot notice any difference in tire wear. I would do it.

there is usually less space in the rear but 1.4" drop on our cars leaves a pretty large gap back there since we have a lot of rake stock. You probably will have a lot of gap so no rubbing unless on a huge bump or with passengers back there
