4age build
Ok, I am having a hard time finding pistons for a 4age motor that is .5mm oversized. So I am looking for 81.5mm pistons. I am trying to stay less than $400 and the only thing I can find is $500+ for high compression or low compression pistons..
I am trying to stick to some stock pistons, but seems like they only thing available is High or Low comp. As for the build, I got it for free for helping with a swap in a MR2. I have no desire to keep this motor or put it in anything, and I hate to have a motor go to waste if someone else could use it. I don't expect to make a profit off it, and I don't want to lose money on it. I already paid $450 for overbore .020, shaved head and block because of slight warpage, nothing crazy. Also hot tanked and cleaned up nicely. I have already posted up on club4ag.com forum but that forums seems dead. If someone here knows people or can find a good deal on some decent pistons. Please link it here. Or PM me a phone number. Thanks

A guy down here used Honda Pistons in his setup, if you're feeling up to the challenge you could try it as well.

Yea, Ryze, I was looking at that also. Damn B-series pistons are soo cheap now-a-days. .. The only thing that is holding me back is the wrist pins fitting on the connecting rods. I guess I could buy them and if they don't fit, source out a B-series that needs to be rebuild after this one is done.. My budget is my credit card. Trying to keep it within that range as I pay it monthly.
