Irritating squeak - Toyota Yaris Forums

For the last few weeks my 08 sedan has developed an annoying high pitched squeak, seems to be coming from a suspension component,prevalent when traveling over bumpy roads.
My mechanic couldnt find the source and a complete oil undercoating didnt eliminate the squeak. any one else get the 230K squeak? if so what was it?

my spring squeeks too...wd40 doesnt solve the issue...need new replacement...😏😏😏😏

I presume its where the spring contacts the body, i guess its something i'll just have to live with as its new car time come spring.

When installing my Tein S Tech's, we made sure to cover the contact points in some good thick grease to avoid squeaking. Worked well, I don't hear any noise coming from them over speed bumps, driveway ramps, etc.
