Another Dipstick Question
As everyone is already aware, it's hard as balls to read the dipstick on the Yaris, (I have a manual 2009 RS). There's no solid line of oil and dry everywhere else.
I did the oil change not too long ago, and afterward I wasn't sure whether to count the 'solid' oil mark, or the smeared non-solid mark. The smeared non-solid oil mark went beyond the high mark by a good 2 inches or more. I noticed some 2nd gear slipping and decided to take some oil out. Here's the latest on the dipstick: http://imgur.com/a/MBfj3 So my question is, what mark do I go by? |
