Tell me about power inverters - Toyota Yaris Forums

I want to get a 750 W inverter to hook up to my police cars battery so I can run power tools with that. It has like a 200 Amp alternator. Will I be able to get 750 W AC out of that set up?

about 350w without increasing idle. have an inverter wired into my yaris.

200A x 13.6v =2720W

yes you can get 750W out of it easily.
