color matching mud guards
any body know the process for color matching and painting plastic

I think that it looks tacky, but all you should need to do is clean it up, a little light sanding, a coat of plastic primer and apply the paint. Should hold up quite well.

actually I hate it when they have grey or black trim on cars. My mirrors were black and my car was white and I hated it. I was going to get mudflaps and paint them to match.

thank for the threads Ben offline for days i painted them myself it looked perfect match until the sun came out and now they look a shade or two lighter but they still look good will post pick soon
