Springs 100%.
If you want quality but are on a tight budget then coilovers ate out of the picture.

Ive seen you on the form before, thank you for answering! I have a question about your swapped car. how hard was the swab and how much power does the engine make? is it turbo'd?

It is not turbo'd and never will be, I want to keep it reliable for the track. The swap is probably as "easy" as it gets for putting a different engine in a car. That said it's all relative to your skillset, experience and tools. No matter what there will always be issues and troubleshooting you need to do. In my case I had to find a shorter axle as I had axle being issues that no one else seemed to have.

I have a set of Megan Racing springs on my NCP131 running stock struts. Rides nice and looks good. Definitely go with springs if you're on a budget.

I have the Tein's lowering springs currently with the stock struts, and it does make the car bounce a little and oscillate after going a speed bump, but not too bad. Quite a few here uses the Bilstein B8 shocks with their lowering springs and are happy with it, so I'll be doing the same thing in the near future.

I can't remember exactly what sizes but definitely have a 10mm, 12mm and 14mm with you along with an extension.
