Knock on cold start
Hey guys.
Vehicle in question is a 2012 Yaris, 2NZ-FE, 5 speed manual with 123,000 kilometres on it. Just went to move it and it had a definite knock for a few seconds on startup. Checked it today and I'm pretty sure the oil is at the right level. Took a video if it idling afterwards, which sounded a bit ticky with a small knock at low RPM/idle, but otherwise normal. Currently running 5W-30 oil in Melbourne, AU. Motor has had regular servicing and runs really nicely otherwise. Going to check in the morning and see how it sounds. Any thoughts/advice/comments?
