airbag light on
The airbag system reads as follows.
Airbag OFF ON When there is weight in the passenger seat it reads Airbag ON. When there is nothing in the seat it reads Airbag in red. Sometimes the light goes off. Do I need to take it to a mechanic? Is the fix costly? |

I would not waste the money to fix it. Sounds like maybe a bad sensor.
