Pizza night here too. I only had 3 slices! (there was a mushroom on the 4th slice, contaminated the whole slice!)

Never eat dinner... just breakfast and a late lunch, and lots of water!

what are you crazy???!!!

I'm man meat.

I eat 5-6 times a day. I'm blasted with vitamins, protein, creatine and glutamine and caffeine and I drink more than a gallon of water everyday.

I just need to cut back on carbs and cut out my refined sugars again.

Most people think I'm crazy. Only eat organic fruits, vegetables, and fish, limit carbs, no refined foods, no refined sugars, no preservatives, no additives, nothing artificial. Never eat meat, candy, cookies, cakes, soft drinks, or coffee. Take a bunch of vitamins and drink about a gallon of water every day.

well, we're actually somewhat similar, I didn't eat meat for 15 years and then I chose to incorporate fish and eggs into my diet

however I take in a source of sugar with my creatine everyday, be it refined or something like honey or fruit

I wasn't eating any refined sugar but all these fat girls at my work keep bringing in all these awful tasty things like candy and donuts and this week I bought a box of cookie crisp because was on sale but of course I eat it with non fat milk

I only drank soy for years
