is that supposed to be a spacer or a 5-lug converter? Both have been done, anyway, AFAIK

but the actual item for sale is 4x100 or exact size for our Yaris. my question was, is this really works..i mean with those longer bolts?? I know that Brick planing on putting spacer on his Yaris, but not sure which kind. if this has been done before, i would def buy them and get the 10mm.

I have a 25mm offset plates to use with my 15" track whees (+47mm) with 205/40/15 Avon DOT Tech-R tires with a 2" drop. OK, so I haven't actually driven it yet but I did do a test fit...

www.allsprings.com sells the H & R spacers, which I like a lot. They do start at 10mm for the Yaris, though. I'm putting 10mm on my car.

I agree your car needs 10mm even with the +38 offset because of the body kit sticking out a bit further but looking at a +35 7 inch wide wheel I wouldn't want to go any further than 5mm

I would definitely go with the Ichiba ones, but if you can't shell out the cash... http://www.ezaccessory.com/4_5_Lug_5...acer_p/606.htm . I wouldn't put my money on 'em tho...
