I can't believe this entire site has last a year's worth of posts.

Incredible. Uh.... I mean, I guess Oct. 2007 - Oct. 2008 will be regarded as the "lost year" @ YW.

Anyway, we have all of 2009 to catch up.

I find it a bit odd that the forum went a whole year without a backup? Most forums I have helped to moderate made backups daily to weekly depending on size.

I would just like to suggest to the admin that he should contact his host. The actual database of the forum (which is what has been lost) is stored separately on the server which only the owner of the server has access to. That owner might have made his own backups.

I am assuming this site doesnt run on a dedicated server since its relatively small.

I am really sorry to hear about the loss btw. This site helped me a lot with my Yaris last year. I will do what I can to contribute.

If he'd pulled me over, I was gonna blame the Mustang in front of me. Then I realized, he'd NEVER guess it was me!
