Fender Liners and Fog Lights

First post on here but I am a long-time Yaris Owner. I've had my ex-rental 2017 Yaris 5 door hatchback since 2019, and it has served me well!

About 6 months ago I got into a minor accident during heavy rainfall. I slid on a curve on a road and hit into a nearby ditch, shattering my front passenger fender liner (it flew out the back underneath the car), and dropping off a few other random parts.

Overall, no major damage, but I have a minor crack in the front bumper, am missing a fender liner, and with winter coming, am pretty concerned about getting salt, snow, slush into the engine compartment and electronics.

Question is: Has anyone had to do a replacement like this? Should I go OEM on this part, or is it fine just to get an aftermarket liner?

I am also looking at a fog light kit since my basic L model doesn't come stock with fog lights. Is that a pretty simple installation too? Big concern is that there's no switch in the cabin for fogs.... Anyone know where to obtain a switch for that?

Thanks for any responses.
