Someone hits my car!!

I parked my car beside my apartment building, just found someone hit it. :(

Front right area. The paint is not damaged, but the metal surface goes in.

Can anyone tell me how I can fix it? Thanks!

So sad today:(

you could try a ruber mallet but I would say check with a shop, no paint=cheaper fix

Sorry to learn about that. Looks like a job for the "dent doctor". A guy by this or a similar name can fix a dent if the paint is intact. The job is sometimes called paintless dent removal.
You can do a web search to see if the service is available to your area. Or you can try asking your Toyota dealership to supply you information about the "dent doctor" or the like in your vicinity.
Best of luck!

Just an example. I have no experience of dealing with this one.

pull the inner fender liner out and push the dent out from behind. They may use a brass hammer or square body hammer with a light touch. If the sharp fender edge is pinched youll have trouble getting it out completely.

Thanks guys! I checked some "dent doctors". However, there is no any service available in my area. If the cost of fixing is less than 35 bucks, i would ask them to do the job. If it costs more than 35 buckets, I will wait for a good deal.

you can try doing it yourself. when my dad's Camry had a fat dent on the rear bumper, i uninstalled it, took two rags (one on each side) and pounded lightly on it until it was back in "shape".

either that, or report it to your insurance company and hope that your rates don't go up.

Ya, we have a guy called the "ding doctor" any local bodyshop should be able to do this in a few minutes. It will however, like brick said, cost more than $35.

Thank you guys! It seems I cannot do it myself, right? I noticed that there was a plastic layer under the metal surface...

I'm very careful with my car, at work I park it way out in the parking lot and my co-workers know that if they ding my car, i'll ding their heads...LOL....

Parking way out doesnt always work, I've done that at a mall and still ended up with a shopping cart against my (old) car with a dent, scrape and blue paint on it

Have you seen that video on youtube on removing dents with dry ice? I am no body man and don't know if you could do this on your dent, but you might want to check out the video. Pretty interesting. Also, there is another video on removing dents with compressed air and a hair dryer. Like I say, I am not a body man, but who knows......
