As I speak, I've already started the ground work, and hope to get a local toyota sponsor. In the area there is camping/motels. There is many things to do in the area. Would the Americans be ok with Memorial Day weekend?

My guess is that that wouldn't work out so well since Memorial day is so family oriented. Maybe the weekend before or after?

Memorial day might be tough. how about the first weekend in june, like the 6th-8th, that way we can watch the Canadian GP. Kimi Raikkonen FTW!

Don't worry about the date now, I'll work on the things needed first then post a poll for dates. I'm thinking that maybe July would be good so people on thighter budgets could camp ($22 a night) rather than get a hotel room since the nights are nicer.
