hello all!...i picked myself up a black '07 3dr 5spd less than a month ago after crashing a '98 civic i had for 7yrs...the tint and rims are already on my liftback with more mods 2 come soon...found this site thru a fellow socal yaris owner i met at al and ed's autosound, where i had my tint and pwr win/dr locks installed...have had a chance 2 check out several threads and this community seems real chill so big up 2 all reppin yarisworld!...i hope 2 hang and learn from all yall...pics of my little night rider coming soon, in the official black ride thread...peace!

new yaris owner....
hi all, picked up a 07 black sand pearl yaris sedan last wednesday. have a little over 200 miles now. love the ride. pics soon to follow.
wanted to ask everyone if the yaris makes rattling fan noise occassionally noticed at red lights while idling in drive - is that normal for the car? thanks!

hellooo bahstonguy! welcome!! I don't know about rattling fan noises?? I usually have my radio on kinda loud but when you first start it, it revs a bit high cuz it takes a while to warm up.

check the blower for the a/c it's right behind the lower right glove box it sometime sucks up sheets of paper from the glove box .. put a a/c filter in that slot & it'll never happen agin .....OH YEAH right choice for the color

Hello from the new guy!
I bought mine less than 30 days ago. I got the 3 door hatchback in Polar White and the upgraded alloy 15in wheels. I love it. Great on gas, very cool looking and I have the only one like mine in a 5 state area around Texas. Great forum and I look forward to browsing around.
