I just saw this thread just now. There are so many things that I am jealous of on this car. Let the mods begin!

Wish we had a TSport with a 1.6 VVt-i engine here in Canada. Will buy it in a blink of an eye!
Hmmm...maybe someday.

What does the 'TS' stand for?
Does it have a turbocharger?

Who said Yaris was slow?

TS = Toyota Sport
No turbo nor SC. The main difference is between the new TS and the regular Yaris is the engine. Yaris TS = 2ZR-FE 1.8L Yaris = 1NZ-FE 1.5L |

I just love the new TS bumper. Really the changes are minor from our TS. The 6 spd gearbox is a very good upgrade. Apart from the bumpers and headlights ... are there any more changes. If you could please post some pics of the interior, seats, etc. Thanks.

Great looking car Gomez1184... enjoy! The ratios of the 2008 TS 5 speed have a short ratio, in need of an overdrive/6th..... Does the 6th on the 09 works as an overdrive or are the gears even shorter and the same final drive?
