Good morning all...after being up quite late I'm getting ready to go back to school again. Same old boring crap, more homework and exams to study for.

Good thing about this time of year is, it won't stay long. It's supposed to be in the 40's by Thursday and rainy all weekend. Ahhhh...Spring is near.

They're predicting 3 - 5" in my area tonight and as much as 10" in the upper part of the state. That is just crazy. I think we have maybe 2 snow plows in the whole state. They will be out with the sand trucks like crazy. No, we don't have salt.

I think I went to sleep and woke up in Wisconsin.

What are they predicting for you, John?

Nothing fancy just the drop dumplins.

Cooked a few chicken breasts in the crock pot with about 2/3 pot of water, tore them all up and picked out the bones and skin. Then mix up 2 cups bisquick and 2/3 cup of milk until it makes a dough. Drop spoonfuls into boiling broth and let cook. Works great, it's easy, cheap and really good.

Not like the ones my grandma makes where she makes the dough from scratch and rolls them out on the table and cuts them all by hand. She just turned 90, the days of homemade dumplins may be getting short.
