DVD/GPS/Bluetooth/TV Tuner

Has anyone here purchased this off ebay? Im thinking of getting this.

I don't have it, but the ad doesn't say if the TV tuner is the new ATSC digital and not
the old analog tuner type. Something to consider. The owner's manual has poor
English, which isn't necessarily bad, but their spec sheet doesn't state ATSC either.
