Suggestions for new tires
I have 15" wheels on my yaris sedan and I'm looking to get rid of my well-worn stock and discount tires.
I'm looking for a set of tires that will last me at least a year and a half, but that can still give me some good stick for doing some canyon driving and such. Any suggestions? |

i have fuzion ZRi's on my camaro and vs a set of bridgestones and gained a tenth in the 1/4. i know it could be anything but i ran pretty much 14.1 till i put on those tires and then a 14 flat.
also, they didnt harden up when i lit them up like khumo's. i'll never own another set of khumo's unless they're on the wheels i get and i can't afford new. zri's have a 340 treadwear with a AA and A traction/temp rating Hri's have a 390 treadwear with a AA and A traction/temp. and for 70/60 a piece respectively they're really cheap. |

If you have the cash: Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. Non greasy, good even wear, heats up pretty quick for hard driving, decent wet traction, does not kill the wallet.

I have a 15" wheel, so 15"'s.
If it can be avoided I don't want to compromise what little power I got due to weight gain. |

Michelin HydroEdge! They grip like crazy and stop and corner in the rain without a hint of sliding. Best tires I have ever owned.

HydroEdge, as mentioned above, or Goodyear TripleTred's are pretty awesome tires for all-seasons. If you don't have to deal with snow and ice, Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's are another tire, though not as cheap as the alternatives.

Azenis 615's win my vote. But they might wear out faster than you want to if you are looking for a good all around tire with good longevity and i dont tihnk they are all that great in rain

I ahve Toyo proxes4 on mine. They are a little expensive (120 a tire) but great grip and they last pretty long but they suck in the rain. That doesn't really matter to me though because I'm in AZ.
