Mine have been at 00g for two years now

I've had them for so long that I'd feel odd without them.

12g septum
12g tongue
14g cartilg

I've had my left ear only at a 6 for years since like sophmore in high school, which was like 2000. I took it out a few weeks ago and it won't go in at all anymore but with some force, patience, some vaseline or something along with alot of screaming, I'm sure I can get it back in.

Basically stretching out piercings to an enlarged size of preference :p

goes from
18g-16g-14g-12g-10g-8g-6g-4g-2g-0g-00g-7/16-1/2-5/8-7/8-1"
etc.

generally 1 month between stretches, going too quickly can result in tears commonly called "cat butt ears" (LOL, not kidding).
most people consider the 0g to 00g the size of "point of no return" meaning that the ear will probably never close up if stretching continues.

gauges = sizes
stretching = process

gauging = no technically a word (commonly confused)

If you get to a comfortable size I'd totaly recommend this website:
http://bodyartforms.com/

they sell these tunnels called "earskins"
they are a very thin silicone tunnel that is flexable and very light... hey also make your gauges appear larger than they actually are.

Here they are:
http://bodyartforms.com/search_basic...nyallexact=any
those are what I'm wearing in my picture.... I ONLY wear them because my ears are sensitive to a lot of differnt materials and they dont have the same stinky effects as other materials used in plugs (besides wood of course that entirely absorbs the smell).
