Funny moment at traffic light

To start off i wasnt Racing... That said..
Was just a red light and some civic stops next to me reving heavily.. light changes i just roll out normal the civic guns it , tubo kicked sounded ok...
then he hits second and it sounded kinda funky when he got to third i guess he over rev'd or something sounded like it spit the gear(no sound effects lol)
im guessing he went into third again and the turbo spit extremely weird, a puff of smoke came out and the car rolled to a stop... as i passed you could hear what im guessing was the owner that was in the passange seat ( why i dont lend my car) yelling at the guy that was driving...

Dude if youve never driven a turbo car dont go wild.. Bad things happen!!

I remembe the firrst time i took out a Mazda 3 Speed 5 Turbo. Was curious about the power, hit a bit on the highway ,was blown away. In all Respected the machine. one curious thing about it is the speedometer is placed sideways so i keep looking at the arrow thinking i was going slow( in relation to the one in my ca that is flat 0 - 120 level left to right) on that car is 0 bottom and top speed is lighe at 90 degrees, when i looked at the actual numbers i was like Holy S*&t.
