Anything that is reclining wont be light. You need fixed back to really save weight. If you are not going racing you wont need an FIA seat, so that can save you some money.

I have never used this brand, but I know a number of autocross guys that have had good luck with them: http://www.f1spec.com/ty5sef1.html

They do seem like a good deal. But I have no idea as to the durability or long term comfort of those. The people I know using them only spend about 60 seconds at a time sitting in one.

On seats you get what you pay for. But if you are not going to "race" with it, buying a seat without the FIA stamp can save you big $$$.
