ok I am intrenal retarted... what is the 75.5 and the 75.0mm dimention?

75.0mm is stock bore size. 75.5mm is for an over bored application for more displacement.

And where are the rest of the fancy internals? I can't just be expected to install these and be ready to go. I need rods, bearing, a couple of cams...
