socket size for the battery?

what's the socket size for the oem battery? I'm trying to install hid and will need to tap into the battery but haven't got a socket wrench so i will need to buy one.

You can probably go to CTC and get a set of 12 sockets for about twice the price of one socket.

most everything on the yaris is a 10 ... I noticed this when installing front springs. :)

A while ago I bought this set at CT: http://www.canadiantire.ca/AST/brows....jsp?locale=en

It's has almost everything you will ever need. I got it on sale for like 40$, but it's worth the full price imo. It covers everything except stuff like huge sockets for axle nuts and a breaker bar. I highly recommend it.

Yes, just get a set of sockets as you never know when you will need them.
Aso, while you at it, get a set. if combo wrenches.

They don't have to be the best quality (expensive) for ocasional use but, once you need one, you will be very glad you have it!


BTW, e-Bay is good place to search for inexpensive tools.
