i found the exact opposite.

Have you ever driven a 5.0L mustang (2009) or even a SRT8 Challanger or even a Ford Ranger RWD?

Seriously though, oversteer. The car was designed not to be another flaky under steering piece of garbage. So some people who aren't use to cars with actual good suspensions won't like it. It is also why it took about a day for the first one to be crashed by some former honda owning loser.

Why are they releasing so many "different" versions of the same looking car? It's kinda bizarre...unless I'm missing something and they are in fact different.

Nice car, but the Scion mentality, you need to spend 30% of the car's value to mod it properly!!
What the heck does "mod it properly" mean? You could say that about any car. The BRZ/FR-S is super fun to drive and fast on the track, 100% stock. I've driven both transmissions, and Jeff's car is really fast at the track.

With the stock tires, right? That's intentional from the factory.

Two versions, one for each company that participated in the joint venture. For a slightly higher price, the BRZ comes with navi, HID/LED, and a few trim differences. Makes perfect sense to me.

they intended for people to be able to drift it, basically putting a smile on your face while you go sideways.

I thought there was the Toyota, a Scion, and a Subaru version?

Scion is a division of Toyota, in Japan it's a Toyota, they don't have Scion there. There are only two companies partnering on the car.

Same as the Yaris (Netz in Japan), the xB, and some other cars too.

Got it, makes more sense now...

Does that mean we only get the Toyota if we import it?

it is the same thing as the scion, we just have to change out the badges to be the toyota version.

The toyota version comes in different trim levels as well, depending on the country. Where the subaru is the higher trim level in North America, I think in many markets the Toyota and Subaru offer identical trim levels.

On trim levels alone it would make more sense for you guys to get the Subaru BRZ...Scion seems to be the lowest grade out of all three.

you might be surprised. There are enough people out there that would never mod a car. Enough so that in two years we'll be able to find enough to get some decent prices on secondhand ones.
