The golf cart one also specifies tractors....which is an actual problem in Tennessee.

In much of Ireland (roads that are one lane in each direction) tractors are allowed on the road. The number of cars that can end up behind a tractor (waiting to pass safely or for there to be enough room for the tractor to pull off) can be staggering.

In MI. you cannot cross railroad tracks without:
1) Stopping
2) exiting the vehicle and swing a lantern
3) firing a shot gun
That was still on the books in 1981. Wonder what they were smoking then.
I haven't checked MI traffic laws to see if it's been changed.
