Cruise control 2015
OK I am getting ready to do a cruise control install using whatever switch has the best reviews from Amazon or Rock Auto. It seems there are quite a few.
I will be using instructions outlined here... http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/2...ide/index.html But looking at the drilled hole in the access plate for the switch has my OCD kicked into high gear. Looks really sloppy. Anyone got a neater way to do this? Maybe a rubber grommet?

Looks like it gives the same part number for the cruise control switch. See this thread http://www.yarisworld.com/forums/new...ote=1&p=801287 for Yaris specific info.
Once it is installed, you won't see the hole. I put some foam mesh from a computer cooling fan filter over the switch behind the cover plate to prevent dust entry. I believe the correct cover plate is available for a reasonable price from Toyota.
