What do the stars mean under some peoples' names?

I searched and only found one thread where this was asked and no one answered that guy.

So either this is some inner cult thing that no one speaks of or I'm just really bad at searching. Either way can someone help? :)

i think it has to do with how many times they posted or replied on this forum. the more time, the more stars.

i could be wrong. it's happened.....once.

you if u have one star thats your starting point.

If you get a 2nd star, yarisworld.com will give u $100 to your paypal account. But you erased yours, so you cant get the 2nd star bonus money.

Every 500 post earns u a star, thus a star will get u $100,.....it says it in the yarisworld help thingys....

The stars basically follow your postcount, but you can replace them with a custom title like your "Ahoy!" one...

Ah. Okay. Thanks. So why are some people missing stars they had before? The black ones. Did they do something bad? :)
