Thanks - absolutely no rubbing, and that's with a 12" Type R Alpine sub in my hatch
and, occasionally, my daughter in the back seat.I'm with Kimona though - definitely getting some 10mm H&R spacers for the rear to widen the stance. That should work great in winter as well. I have to say, having driven on stock 15s, some 215/45/17s with DF210s, and now this set up, IMHO the 16s offer a great balance for handling, aesthetics, and comfort. Yeah, I have more tire gap now than before but I can actually go over a speed bump straight instead of at an angle, and my Tim Horton's coffee doesn't end up on my suit on the way to work I was driving on a curvy road near the beach yesterday. You know that sense of anticipation your tongue has when you're about to take a bite out of your favourite food? Well, every nerve in my body was screaming at me to just open 'er up and ride her like a rollerskate! I can't wait to get onto a winding highway. Love my Yaris!
