I heard the other driver tell the trooper she was not doing anything when she hit us. I don't know, its easy to accuse but we will never know the truth. I did get a witness who said they saw the whole thing so that is in our favor.
Plus the other driver was cited for careless driving. I meant to get a picture of my seat as the seat track is jammed and the leanback is twisted. I was the passenger Thank you all for the well wishes, seeing this out pour of support is really cheering my wife up, as "blue" was her baby.
