2008 Yaris 2 door Hatch 5 speed manual

I need to remove the interior rear panels to get to the speakers and replace them. I have a trim removal tool but dont know where to start removing.

The front door speakers have to be removed too. I have manual roll up windows.
I watched the video on you tube how to remove the window roll up lever thingy from the door with the clip and all. Just dont know where to start with the front doors either.

I removed my alpine head unit and amps from my honda crv that I sold and looking to install this now in my little yaris.

BTW the power on this 4 banger manual will leave a honda CRV iin the back of the pack. Toyota is better than Honda. I am convinced. Any and all feedback
welcome.
