22,750 RPM. that's the best.


just cruse at a comfortable speed. it does not really matter. the slower it turns, the less it will wear. science. but, the question is moot. if all you do is drive around in 6th putt-putt-putting at sub 2000, you will cause carbon build up all over the place and foul the catalytic converter. (imo) you need to get it hot to burn that stuff out. the engine should be driven the way it was designed to...
regular maintenance is more important. do the maintenance and it will have minimal issues, in most situations.
