Is radio control possible? Yaris 1, 2002, 87HP, french

Hello,

I would like to ask if its possible to have a control panel on my steering wheel. I can tell that my car is the pre lift type, I switched the side mirrors from manual to electrical. I bought an after lift steering wheel and it fits, but the controls dont work.

I detached the main display and realized that I dont have the 8 pin connector. I only have a big 18 pin connector that is plugged to the display.

Is it possible to somehow make it work? I have read every single post across the Internet, but seems like everyone has the 8 pin connector that my Yaris doesn't
