Oil leaking from under car

Ok so basically I bought a Citroen C1 2016 with the 1KR-FE engine which is also in the Toyota Aygo, Toyota Yaris and Peugeot 107/108. I noticed this morning that oil was leaking from underneath the car. The oil leak is not constant, but when the car has just ran and is hot it leaks a little because I wiped it off and sprayed brake cleaner, went for a drive and came back and it started leaking a bit. But when the engine is cold it does not drip down. I legit have no idea what it is and have heard so many things that I do not even know what to believe anymore. Anyone who has any expertise and can take a look at the pictures and tell me what the problem could be? The car has only gone like 69 650 km or something so I legit do not know what could have failed so early.
