Well ladies and gents,
I am sad to say i had to cancel my deposit for my yaris.

I had been waiting patiently for around a month + hoping to hear that the dealership happend to get my yaris (Black sand pearl 5sp LB)... all i got in response from them was they had no idea when they would get it. But at that time i was fine with waiting since i was borrowing my parents Subaru outback (my car was totalled about 2 months ago). Well about a week or so ago my mom was involved in a very serious accident (someone ran a red light and totalled her car as well as another). Poor poor Honda CRV... only 3 weeks old with less than 8k miles on it... At least she walked away with only "minor" burns and bruises.
Well i had to give back the outback... and as it turned out the subaru dealership called me saying they had a car i might be intrested in.... and i was. I am now the proud owner of a 2002 Subaru Impreza WRX. The gas mileage is nowhere near what the yaris would be unfortunately but the 250hp def beats the 103hp the yaris has

I wish things had turned out differently, but i couldnt afford to wait another 3+ months or however long it would have taken to get a yaris...
