TRD Exaust - Cops and legality

ya, thats what im talking about. thats how it is now, no "clear standard to enforce, allowing them to make subjective judgments on whether or not a modified exhaust system is in violation."
I dont see how this is much different that how the cops treat altered exhausts here now... there is no clear standard, and has not been for years.
