before i got my yaris and was on the hunt for a daily driver, i was determined to get an automatic, because it would be my daily traffic contestant. but when i drove the stick and auto back to back, and the auto had some trouble getting to speed on an on ramp i decided i HAD to get the stick. with as little power this thing has i dont need to be wasting it through an auto. the clutch is soooo much lighter than my cobra i've been driving the last few years that i hardly notice it being a pain. just my $.02
