seen in newspaper that experts are predicting $150 or > in 2011 or sooner . The oil companies are spending less on exploration for oil due to low oil prices . This after making record profits , such
 . Other reason is that many oil endowed countries are holding onto most of their oil for own use . Thus less exports . So , PEOPLE GET READY !!!
