cold turkey , doubt I could do the same . Helps me keep what little sanity I have left . . Otherwise I'd drive the YARIS into a shopping mall food court to get some take out CHINESE .
of course I was 135 pounds at the time. Let's just say that Bazooka Bubble Gum was my friend and i gain a few pounds lol
