yes of course its different , it says so on the K&N website
log on and see
the 1.8 L airbox is different plus , the MAF sensor in the 1.5 is mounted onto the airbox itself not on the tube


but that brings us to my Question .... could the K&N SRI be installed on my 1.3 L
( 2NZ-FE ) ?
i think they have the same engine bay , these are specs from my local dealership:
