Exclamation HELP!!!!!!

Ah! Okay, since I first got my Yaris, I've taken well care of it. I've cleaned it and washed it almost every week because of where I live. It's very dry, dusty, and we don't have well paved roads or anything. So I'm guessing one day, my dad was cleaning the inside applying armor-all or something and it hit the plastic part of the dash cluster? i'm not sure exactly what its called in english.. But here are some pics. I guess he didn't wipe it off and with the heat, the drops went into the plastic leaving behind these ugly marks. And Its impossible to take off! I've tried cleaning it almost every day using windex and I've tried to sort of scratch them off with any small, hard, thin thing I could find. Nothing works! It doesn't seem to be on the surface anymore... Does anyone know how I can clean this off and leave it clear again? =/ I have this Meguiars headlight restoration kit that I used on the headlights and it removed 95% of the scratches and it took the cloudiness away.. I was wondering if that would work? someone pleeease please help!
