UPDATE:

Ok so thanks everyone for the advice, i waited a little bit before i freaked out and called up the dentist... The fragment is coming out of my gums and i know this how... yes because i just sliced my tongue on it...

But I have another problem, last week i did a tequila shot and chewing on a rind(sp) I got a SHARP pain in my lower left tooth between the gums. There is no food in there, but they have been inflamed on and off ever since :(

Is this going to be the "Lets help Nexus fix bad gened teeth" thread Hell atleast theyre not crooked or missing any *does the sign of the cross*

*** Now i keep playing with it and i pushed it back in i think :( booo
