Bless you for taking the time to post this and enlighten us! I contacted Toyota about the same via phone (as well as my dealer) and they had no idea what I was talking about. This is what I always felt was intended by the bulletin, but up until now have had no proof. I made the decision to use 20 wt anyway, but it's nice to know it's ok! Thanks again! R2
