Ive owned 15 VWs, a couple in PVW mag, and Im on Vortex too haha.
A 18mm adapter would put you at a 34mm final ET on those wheels. On a 7" wide it should be fine. I would maybe just have a slightly thicker set of adapters built for the rears (spacers built into your adapters for s staggered setup).
